Maintenance requests lost in WhatsApp threads. Security deposits returned with a spreadsheet of disputed deductions. Tenant KYC done on faith — and a Xerox of an Aadhaar card.
This isn't a software problem. It's a trust problem, a time problem, and a paperwork problem all stacked on top of each other. The global software giants weren't going to fix it for India — their tools were built for a world of W-2s, ACH transfers, and English-only addresses.
ManageProperty.io was born out of that frustration — and out of conviction. India has 300 million renters and one of the most complex rental ecosystems in the world: PGs, hostels, co-living, university housing, single-room rentals, and full-building landlords, all operating side by side. If we could solve it here, we could solve it anywhere. So that's exactly what we set out to do.
